personalized settings

Hi,
I'm installing a program that requires me to return jaws 7.0 to its factory
settings and I would like to know if I can restore my personalized settings
after the program is installed with out having to do each setting manually.
If so, how?
if it helps I am running jaws 7.0 and I am installing Dragon Naturally Speaking
and J-Say. It is J-Say that requires me to set jaws back to factory settings.
