Hi Jen, you need to at least update your adobe reader to 6.1 or 7. If you go
to www.jfwlite.com you can get the full version of the adobe reader you
need. I know jfwlite has the 6.1, but not sure if they have the 7. Also what
version of jaws are you using? Are you using the jaws 5.0.621 or the
