pdf document problem

I've downloaded a PDF document, and for some reason, JAWS freezes every time 
I try to open it, and when it's done processing, I can't read it at all. 
I've tried other documents, and they seem to work fine. I'm not sure if 
there's a splash screen of some sort in this document, so I was wondering if 
someone could e-mail me off-list and try to open the document to see what 
happens.
