pages not refreshing right

Hi all. I'm having an issue and not sure if it's a bug or not. I'm using the
update to jaws5 with windows xp home. Every once in a while, when I go to a
link on a webpage, or hit my back button, I have to alt tab and focus out of
the IE window, then alt tab again to refocus in the window to read the
refreshed content. If I don't, jaws will still read the content on the page
I was on, even if I'm not on that page anymore. Again, this only happens
occasionally. Anyone else experiencing this?
