On the sending machine. Open the file menu, arrow down until you hit
import/export. Select export to a file. Choose Comma Windows separated
values. Follow the procedures with next and give a file name when asked. =
If
the 2 PCs are not connected, make sure that the destination of the =
resulting
file is on a floppy. On the receiving PC again select Export/import and
select import from a file, windows comma separated values, when asked =
give
the file + path and hey presto its done.

Ciao,

Ron.

On my laptop, i have outlook 2003.
