Here's what I do,
1> focus on the list of folders in the oe window.
2> find the deleted messages folder in the list.
3> press tab untill you are focused on the list of messages in your deleted
messages folder.
4> arrow through the list till you find the message you want to move.
5> press shift+ctrl+v and you will be in the folders tree. right arrow
twice and you will be in inbox and press enter.
