ot accible satilite radios

Hi folks this is off topic,
but does any one have experience with portable satilite radios?
I have an xm myfi,
but its old and thinking of buying a new xm portable satilite radio.
The myfi is now outdated and i can't seem to find another one.
Any listers fimilar witha good satilite radio that is easy to use.
I hear the new ones have a mouse like system.
Also has anyone have any recomdations for portable sirius satilite radios.
I would like to have both since sirius has some things and xm others wich are
interesting.
But I'm looking for walkman type radios.
Any suggestions or other lists I can check.
