the problem is that the view setting comes with the document. So you
can save a given document after having changed to normal view and the
next time you open it, it will be presented in normal view. But
short of a scripting solution like Jerry describes, I can't see a way
to force a document which was saved in some other view by its
previous owner to open in normal view on your system.
