Also, if it is a private email, you can go to the Tools menu and go to the option to add sender to address book. This only works with private emails though--not ones delivered from forums. The previous method always works. If you use this option though you can view all of the recipients of the email and add the ones you want to your address book. From then on, unless you delete the person's profile from your address book, his or her email address will be there for your convenience.
