Hi steve,

I thought of that so we cleaned it out and that didn't solve the problem
either. when there are less than 10 it can happen and also sometimes, when
oe is launched, jaws dies but not before giving out a lot of gibberish
through dec express. We uninstalled and cleaned the computer of all jaws
versions finally and installed 5.1083 and it seems to be working fine but
when we first started oe after reinstalling jaws, we got a hard crash as
described above.

Dave, how many messages are currently in your inbox? I found that I ran into
the crashing trouble when I had over fifteen hundred. I ended up having to
sort the messages by subject and make new rules and move each group of
messages to separate folders. Hope I'm making sense, lol; ask for
clarification if not <smile>.
