Norton's manual up dates, just press the "Start" or "Windows" key then P for program then press N for Norton's folder. When you find Norton's press enter, then arrow to "Live Up Date" press enter and Norton's will bring up a "start" button press space bar or enter on this and then wait until "close" is read. You can use your JFW cursor to read the screen to see if a up date was installed or if all of your Norton's data files are up to date. It won't matter if Norton's auto up date is running or not you can do it manually any way!
