need help finding 2 programs

I recently reformatted my computer and there were 2 programs Cannot find one is
a script that when a flash video starts to play it would turn off the sound
with out killing jaws.
and a second one was a program that brought up a radio tuner that you could
click on various radio stations.
Both programs were written by blind folks and were free any help I would
appreciated.
