Jerry and All, I placed the application curser on the link (that would not
open using the application cursor)  and routing jaws to PC and then did a
left click on the link and this opened up a menue of topics for  why you are
writing the memo.

I tried what I thought would open mouse over, insert control enter, if 
that's the control, and that didn't help either.
