I have come across this a couple of times. One I resolved by getting
rid of the WinAmp Agent in the Systray if if you have it installed.
You can also check the Event log of the machine after it has crashed
and re-booted to see if there is any more information on what is
happening. If you get a stop error on MS-Windows XP, it can be set to
re-boot. You can turn this off if you like in Control Panel, System,
Startup And Recovery I think.

Hi, yesterday I installed jaws4.51 in a new computer running XP.
When I press some arrow keys, specially the cursor down or cursor left,
the machine restarts. The most strange is that the restart doesn't
occurs if I change to jaws cursor and review the screen. This problem of
restart occurs in desktop and when I am trying to navigate the menu. Did
any one already see a problem like this?
