  Sonar 8 from Cakewalk. You have the choice of scripts from JSonar or Dancing 
Dots.

probably find JSonar by Googling.

    Does anyone know of a JAWS user-friendly software program that can record 
multiple sound tracks as in a studio?  

    Also, is there a user-friendly karioke software program available?  I'd 
like to be able to remove vocals from a song to create an accompaniment track.  
I understand this can only be done with a stereo recording.
