Hello Matt: The problem of JAWS not reading your MSN or Windows Messenger messages to your friend correctly, can be corrected by maximizing the Messenger window. Your friend can do this by pressing Alt together with the spacebar and then pressing x for maximize. In general, JAWS works better in all applications if the windows are maximized. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance to you or your friend on the MSN or Windows Messenger problem.
