making jaws work well with eclipse

Last week I took a java course where we used java eclipse ide with jaws. 
My version of jaws there was 7.0 and I noticed that eclipse worked fairly 
well, jaws was un-aware of various messages like when eclipse showed 
warnings and error messages, and jaws did not identify to me that the 
import statements at the top of a package were a treview that I needed to 
expand.  If any of you have used jaws with eclipse, let me know if these 
kinds of issues are fixed in jaws 8, or if there are specific jaws scripts 
I can get for eclipse.  Thanks
