looking for an accessible CDROM cataloging program

Hello,
I'm looking for a quite simple and accessible CDROM cataloging
program.
I mean, a program where I could insert a CD, give it a name, then the
program would scan the CD for files and build a database.
and so on for each CD.
afterward, I would need a search function to locate a file and It
would tell me which cd to insert
I would then label the corresponding cds in braille.
If you know a program that can do that , let me know.
