laptop keystroke: for say all with Sapi voice

Hi Everybody
As Lois has pointed out: to go from the Jaws voice (in say all mode) to the
Sapi voice one uses on a desktop keyboard the key combination: alt, insert,
down arrow.
Can anybody please give me the keystroke to do this on a laptop?
(For me "say all" on my laptop is: caps lock +a).
