jfw double-speaking items in outlook

I'm using outlook 2002 on a system running xp home and jfw 5.  

I have several folders defined under the inbox.  When I arrow through the 
folders, jfw speaks the name of some folders 
twice.  Which are spoken twice varies and it is not always the same, so you 
can't really establish any particular pattern.

I have my display set as directed for jaws and using 32-bit highcolor and a 
resolution of 800 by 600.  I also tried 16-bit 
and 1024 by 768 pixels, but no difference.

Has anyone else experienced this and if so have you found a cure.
