jfw and windows xp user accounts

Can anyone tell me how to get around the user accounts in the control panel? I
am trying to create an account for my wife and one for my son. I don't want
them to have admin rights. When I go in the control panel and then into users,
I can't seem to figure out how to get around. Any help or suggestions would be
appreciated.
