I might be missing something here but I can read the system info just fine with the PC cursor.

You can also take the page of info and put it into the "virtual buffer" with the key stroke:
insert key plus control key and the letter W.
Now the text is in a format you can read around with using the PC curser.
You can also copy this text and put it in a new document. to do this, highlight the text in the virtual buffer with the Control key plus letter A to highlight all the text, then use the control key plus letter C to copy the highlighted text to the clipboard and then go and open a blank document in word, word pad etc. and use the control key plus letter V to paste this text into a document which you can save and have for future use.

Or you can use the Jaws command, insert plus b to read that page of the dialog box.

in the near future i will be installing more physical memory but am unsure where to get the information that i need to do this. i understand that there is various types of memory chips available and that i need to know what type is already in my machine. my question is: does anyone know how i can find out what memory chip i already have in my machine and also i have explored system information for this information but find it quite difficult to get to the information - can anyone point me in the right direction on how to use this? all help is gratefully appreciated. stephen
