jfw and focus

Hello,
I am having issues with jfw 5.1 and windows XP Pro with service Pack II.
When I close window no matter what kind; folder web page email etc, jfw does
not return to the desktop. Even if there are no other windows open.
I always have to alt tab. When I alt Tab jfw speaks the letters; C or letter X
dependant on if I am closing a window or exiting an application, then returns
to the desktop. I think I have the correct Windows configuration and jfw
settings but something is not working right here.
