The OQO is, indeed, interesting, but it isn't "connected."
I would rather see JAWS running on Windows Pocket PC machines that are
"connected," can receive email messages like a Blackberry, and can be used as a
cell phone too.
Oh, did I mention that the device ought to be smaller than a laptop?

Fine; why don't you badger OQO and FS for this information and post the
results?
Ron.

Sounds good. There would have to be a lot of questions answered prior =

buying this unit.

What about issues like video intercept?

You could likely use a collapsible qwerty keyboard instead of the thumb=20
controller.

Neat...Keith

Subject: Large text/memo fields in Access

I would like to add a treatment commentary section to my massage therapy
database application. I have tried creating a memo field in the
appointments table. I was unable to read/edit text in this field, and it
appears that the text was showing up with no line breaks or anything. Is
there something I can do to make this work better?

Not only quite hard to access, but, I have a registry key which nothing can
seem to remove. This is associated with a piece of spyware. It causes
microsoft's prog to freeze. Because a beta version, there is no support.

Could someone talk through how you actually use it with JAWS? Do you have
to rely on the JAWS cursor?

A friend would like to be able to use it. You said get sighted help to set
it up - what about actually using it?

You use the Jaws curser to run it. But mostly it sits in the system tray and
runs automatically... kind of like Norton.
