jfw 7.1 and links in Outlook Express

Hi, Bobcat and all:
I'm now using JAWS Version 7, 10, 340, 7 as of today. When I tab now, links
and web addresses are spoken like in earlier versions of jfw. Not sure what
had to be done but it's now working correctly.
