Hi Jim! Since you did that, have you check your Voice panel using JAWS key + J, press O, for option sub menu, and B, for Basic...? Look for the check box that says, "Run JAWS on system tray check box?" If it is not check, press your space bar to check and click the Ok button. Try to press the JAWS key + F11. What happened?
