jaws problem with upgrades resolved

just wanted to let you all know that I resolved the issue with my jaws upgrade. 
turns out that you have to go through the activation process again. you don't 
need to get a new key as I thought when you reactivate, I guess it just goes 
into the database associated with your serial number and re-updates it.
