jaws goes away

I wonder why once in a while, jaws will go away and I start narrator and it
will say jaws is invisible. I can't get it back unless I restart the
computer. I have two email accounts on here and it happened when I switched
from one account to the other. I am using outlook express and windows xp
home sp2.
