jaws was reading the graphic that tells contack status but now i tried using

it it does not. but first trouble is i cannot read the senders messages. how

do i do this? i tryed using jaws help to figure it out but it just say the 
subject and press, but not what to press. and how do i get it to read the 
contact status again? well it did not say online but the number of graphic. 
but it is different for online and off line. and though i don't remember 
what the numbers is i can reconize by noting what the other contacts graphic

number is. and now jaws will not read sence i tried to get the jaws help to 
work or maybe sence i tried to read messages. it just plain is not working. 
can any one help? do i need scripts? where can i get them if so?
