jaws and xcell row and column titles?

I get a spread sheet each day that has column titles across row 1 and row
titles in column 1. I know you can set Jaws to look at column and row titles
for a specific document, but, this spread sheet has a date in the name so it
is different every day. Is there a way to get Jaws to use the same column
and row title assignments for documents that have simelar names? For
example, cp_043005 and cp_050105?
