jaws and win mx question

Hi everyone, I have downloaded win mx;and found some music videos I wanted to
show some friends but real1 which is my player says it must download some
software before playing the clip;it goes to updating and contacting real1, but
nothing happens;do I need certain drivers to play win mx music videos? if so
where can I get them from? Thanks alot Tracey
