I disagree. Making inadvertent errors and following up with corrections may
add to the number of messages on the list, but enough people who care
contribute that the right keystroke combination eventually emerges. That's a
small burden for all the help you and others provide.

Of course I was wrong. Reply directly to the sender in Jaws 7.1 is
SHIFT+INSERT+R. I think maybe Dale was right, we should all stop giving
advice about keystrokes and people can use keyboard help or look in the jaws
help system. I guess we do these things so automatically but actually
writing down what keystrokes we press is proving to be a challenge! Debbie
