Hi John,
Before you reformat, grab two files from program files\freedom
scientific\activator. They are FSShell32.dll and JAWS.cps. You need to make
sure all files are unhidden, otherwise you won't see the dll.
After your format, use narrator to put them back before you install jaws,
and you'll be set.

I need to reformat the hard drive and have jaws 8 there is a choice to
remove jaws key if I do that can I save it and put it back in again or just
forget it.
