jaws and outlook

Hi
I am new to outlook. I am entering appointments and all sounds good. When I
go to week view or month view, jaws tell me there are 5 appointments this week
or this month. Is there any way to find otu what days and time these
appointments are a glance per se?
I teach a course 5 tuesday nights in a row. th then a break. Then another
series. Any suggestions on how I might enter this adn then be able to search
for the next occurance of the series?
