representative with whom I emailed yesterday seemed genuinely surprised that
it wasn't already included.

I've been told by JAWS software development people that the DEC-Talk
USB drivers will not be included with JAWS 6.0 as a speech option. There
seems to be a lack of communication somewhere. I will speak with Access
Solutions about this myself. Apparently there's some work they need to do
before Freedom Scientific will sanction the DEC-Talk USB drivers. For the
time being JAWS users will have to use the DEC-Talk USB as a serial DEC-Talk
Express or install the JAWS DEC-Talk USB drivers themselves.
