Jim, have you tried going to the run dialogue box and typing in your drive 
letter followed by the colon?  In most situations, the CD ROM is drive D. 
So, you would go to Run...  Then type in D Colon.  I wrote the word out so 
Jaws would say it.
Then it should show you the contents of the disc.  From there, you should be 
able to install it.    Jack
