installation of programs

I am using x p and jaws 5.844. I am having difficulty installing the drivers
for my sound card. It is an audigy2 card, and jaws doesn't read much. To begin
with, there is a list of languages that you have to select from. I tried
different approaches but I was unable to select anything. Also, when my son
installed it for me, jaws still wasn't reading much info. Any tips would be
appreciated.
