insert+f11 crashign IE 7

I was curious to know if anyone else is dealing with this issue. Whenever I
am in IE (using version 7) and then execute the insert+F11 my browser window
seems to crash and close with the following error message:
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on
might be lost.
Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

I am using JFW 8.0 on an xp pro machine. This is starting to happen more
often now and I can?t discern any real pattern for when this is more likely
to occur other than just beign in the IE window and executing that command.
Might it be an issue with flash or something else that I?m not aware of?
Anyway, since it?s a jfw command that seems to be contributing to this
problem, I thought I?d ask?
