OK, give this a try...

1. Hit alt T for tools.
2. arrow up to options and hit enter.
3. shift tab, then right arrow over to security.
4. Tab to where it says, "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened 
that could potentially be a virus."
     By default, this box is checked.  Uncheck it.
5. Tab to OK and hit enter.  You're done.  This should fix the problem.
