help with reading a webpagge

Hello listers:
I am trying to look at following website:
http://www.chinakontor.de/l-live.htm
however, while using jaws the sites keepss refreshing and I am not sure what to
do about that. I tried pressing insert + v and than turned the page refresh
off, but it did not help.
Can someone help please? Thanks.
