Hi this is windows automatic update. It gives you critical updates for your
Microsoft windows operating system. It is usually good to install these
updates. Note one of the updates might be internet explorer 7. if so you
will want to make sure you are running the latest version of 7.1 or jaws 8.0
before installing this update hth

I am just wondering if anyone can tell me if it is okay to install these
supposed new updates on my computer. I have been getting this help balloon
for a while now every time I turn on my computer.

I don't know what it is updating. maybe someone else knows?
I right clicked on it in my system tray after I heard it announced. I
