has anyone heard of the new scripting tool?

Hi list members, i'm writing to inform you all of a script utility
information on this tool is available on the snowman page.  I thaught that
you all should know about this tool.  P.S.  I'm looking for someone who
could write scripts for patch editing software that i have.  Could anyone
please help me make my programs accessible?  Is there a place where i can
post more information?
