I use msn tv guide.
It's been a long time since I set up the shortcut to my local listings, but
I would start by going to www.msn.com and choose the TV link.
Now my shortcut gets me to
http://tv.msn.com/tv/guide
So you might just try that and since you have never set it up, you should
find a place to enter your zip code to get started. Then a radio button for
cable, then a page with links for your provider.
