formatting worked

Yesterday I sent a message about formatting and how I needed to re-format a
large document. I selected everything from the first line of the first chapter
down and hit control l to align the text. I then went back and centered all
the chapter headings. Someone suggested that I hit insert F to find out if the
entire document was left aligned under the paragraph markers. Well, I did this
for several chapters and the entire text is formatted correctly. Just thought
I would let you know as this problem has been haunting me for ages now.
