Hi. Do insert plus v which will get you to the verbosity menu. Then arrow down 
until you hear "refresh page automatic" and hit space. Then arrow down one more 
time until you hear "refresh content automatic" and hit space. This will turn 
off the macromedia.  Unfortunately this is only a temporary fix.  If anybody 
knows of a permanent solution, could you let the list know?
