To obtain an email address from the address book, click on the list entry
and tab to the address field. Press control-a to select all, then control-c
to copy.

There are numerous ways to get to a sender's address in an email. In tools,
arrow down to the address book item, press enter, and then arrow down to
something like "add sender's address." That will enable you to put it in the
address book.

Perhaps a simpler way, if all you want is to copy, is to set up a reply or
forward for the sender's message. As you arrow down, you'll get to the
"From" line. In many cases, the email address appears there. Or with the
sender's message open, you can hold down the alt key and press 1 twice. That
will put focus in the "From" field, where you may be able to isolate the
email address.

Actually, I mispoke. What I want to do is to be able to select an address
from my address book or from an actual email that I previously received and
paste it into an email to send to someone. Sorry. Thanks again.

The shortcut for bringing up the address book is shift-control-b. Once the
address book page appears, tab once to put focus on the list of all your
saved addresses. You can arrow up and down this list or use first-letter
navigation.

If you want an address to appear in your To, cc or bc fields, just typing
the first letter or two should bring up address book entries. If that isn't
happening, you'll need to set up auto-complete. I no longer have OE
installed, and I don't remember exactly where that is. However, try OE's
tools and JAWS' insert-v menu.

In an earlier reply, you say Outlook instead of Outlook Express. I assume
you do mean OE.

Is there a short cut key for locating and selecting someone's email address
either in the address book or from an actual email with jaws 10? Thanks
