filezilla

Hi all,
I'm trying to use filezilla with windows7 ultimate 64bit. First, How do you
tell filezilla where you want to download things too? Some places jaws won't
read. Does anyone know where to get a 64bit version of filezilla? Also, Some
sites say they are connected but I can't get the directories to show up. Can
anyone help?
