Hi All,
I found classic with attributes and got Jaws to tell me what was bolded and
what wasn't in a test document.

My mistake was not realizing that there was anything above the default
classic option in the list and once I found that out the rest was easy.
Smile thanks.
Troy

Hi All,
I asked the other day if Jaws could be made to tell me what text is in bold
type when reading in MSWord because that is the way that the company that I
now work for lets us know what we did wrong, they put the corrections in
bold type.

The below message tells me to hit alt-insert-S and choose classic and that
it should work, but I got some corrections today and although there is some
bolded text in the report Jaws isn't indicating the bolded text in any way.
Can anybody give me further help on what to do here?

Thanks.
Troy

Hi Troy;
Go to the sceem dialog box with "alt + insert + s".
Select "clasic (atributes)
Hope this helps.

  Hi All,
If I'm reading a document in MSWord that has bolded words in it is there
any
way to do something so that Jaws will notify me when it comes across a
  bolded word?

I'm asking this because I just went to work yesterday for a medical
transcription company that when they give corrections on the reports the
corrected portion is in bold type.

  Thanks.
