Thank you I will try, do you mean cut in the usual way control and X? I
always make a mess of it I fear, once I was told to use the Print screen to
get a photo of the screen but I fear Also made a mess of that however I
must
have done something right as I have just managed to register my Ocr K 12
again! I took it off to do a system restore and then it kept saying "log in
failure, is registered now,but yes I have still ggot when trying to export
from it an error number again! I will try your tip dorothy

dear list, using xp Home jaws 11 on laptop got another Do not send
message and the usual about feeding it back to Ms, then it says "if you
want to know more about this message click below, I link oneJaws cursor
to another and try to get at it and always fail, is there a good way to
get a copy of an error message and be able to send to a third party?
