Judith, while you are in your "in box" have you done the outlook express
command to check your mail?(command is control plus letterM)
and if so, does it iindicate you have any messages or there is a notice on
the status line at the bottom of the page that there are no new messages?
command to read bottom statuslin is insert key plus page down or number 3 on
the keypad.
Also, how often do you have your outlook express program set to check for
new E mail?
and finally, do hou use a dial up service or cable?
